Deposits & Cancellations
Fewer than 10 room nights: A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation and all rooms are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. Reservations that fail to show or cancel within 24 hours of scheduled arrival will be charged the first night's room and tax.
More than 10 room nights: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and the reservation is subject to a seven-day cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled within seven days prior to scheduled arrival, the deposit is refundable minus a 3% cancellation fee. Reservations that fail to show or cancel within seven days of scheduled arrival will forfeit deposit.
Front desk is staffed 24 hours a day.
The FINCH is a non-smoking facility. A $250 recovery fee will be charged for the violation of this policy.
Dog-friendly rooms are available upon request, though they are limited and therefore subject to availability. Advance reservations are required. Guests traveling with pets must call 509.956.4994 prior to booking to verify the availability of a pet-friendly room to avoid the risk of not being able to check-in with a pet and/or incurring any associated cancellation penalties. Please note that there is a $35 fee per dog per day - maximum $70 per stay.
